The Muslim Brotherhood's own 'Explanatory Memorandum' identifies the following groups under the heading 'a list of our organizations and the organizations of our friends'.

American Trust Publication (ATP)
Publishes books about Islam
Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood
ATP is a division of NAIT which itself is a subsidiary of ISNA

Audio-Visual Center (AVC)
Division of the North American Islamic Trust
Founded by the Islamic Society of North America
Has close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood

Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)
Civil rights group partially funded by the Saudi Wahhabi establishment
Has numerous ties to extremist Islamic organizations

International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT)
Islamic institution with ties to the extremist Saudi Wahhabi movement
Seeks to portray Wahhabism as peaceful
Partner organization to the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences

Islamic Book Service (IBS)
Largest Islamic bookstore in North America
Named as one of the Muslim Brotherhood's like minded organization of 'friends'
Sells many pro-Islam, anti-west publications

Islamic Centers Division (ICD)
Assists the North American Islamic Trust in the development of mosques, Islamic school, and Islamic centers throughout the Unites States
Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood

Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA)
New York based Islamic organization which has been probed by the FBI for ties to terrorism
Works closely with radical Islamic organizations and invites radical speakers to its conferences

Islamic Education Department (IED)
Division of ISNA
Seeks to provide 'quality, Islamic education' to Muslim children
Affiliated wit the Muslim Brotherhood

Islamic Housing Cooperative (IHC)
Seeks to help Muslims in North America purchase homes while adhering to Islamic Law's prohibition against the payment of interest

Islamic Information Center of America (IICA)
Seeks to provide information about Islam to non-Muslims, with the ultimate aim of converting them to the faith

A constituent organization of the Islamic Society of North America

Foundation for International Development (FID)
A subsidiary of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)

Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood

Muslim Businessmen Association (MBA)
Seeks to help Muslim businessmen around the world network with one another
Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood

Muslim Youth of North America (MYNA)
Charitable organization affiliated with the Islamic Society of North America

Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC)
Other than the United Nations, it is the largest international organization of any kind
Its ultimate goal is outlawing, everywhere in the world, any and all criticism of Islamic people, practices, legal codes, and governments
Considers any and all negative portrayals (whether real, perceived, or alleged) of Islam as 'Islamophobia'

North American Islamic Trust (NAIT)
Subsidiary of the Islamic Society of North America
U.S. based Islamic trust that holds the titles of hundred of Islamic properties
Has had close ties to the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development and the Muslim Brotherhood

The Association of Muslim Scientists and Engineers (AMSE)
Outgrowth of the Muslim Students Association of the U.S. and Canada
Constituent organization of the Islamic Society of North America
Was name in a May 1991 Muslim Brotherhood document as on of the Brotherhood's like minded 'organization of our friends' who shared the common goal of destroying America and turning it into a Muslim nation

Claims that 'Islamophobia' and anti-Muslim hate crimes are rampant in the West

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)
Enforces extremist Wahhabi theological writ in America's mosques

The Muslim Communities Association (MCA)
Caters to the needs of Muslim students who reside in North America
A division of the Islamic Society of North America
Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood
The Muslim Student Association (MSA)
A key lobbying organization for the Wahhabi sect of Islam influential on 600 campuses nationwide

United Association for Studies and Research (UASR
Founded by Hamas
Islamic think tank that promotes the ideology of the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.

Since the original  'Explanatory memorandum' was discovered some of the groups listed therein are not mentioned above as they are now defunct; the best known among this group is Occupied Land Fund, made infamous due to the Holy Land Foundation trial. With the exception of two groups listed above, CAIR, and OIC, all other groups were on that list and are referred to as 'un-indicted co-conspirators' in that trial. The DOJ under Eric Holder has since declined prosecution.
